Purpose of Affidavit
The purpose of this Affidavit is to provide notice of my current mailing address in the public land records so that any landman, title examiner, operator, lessee, or other interested party researching ownership of the above-described interests may locate me and direct all future correspondence to my current address. This Affidavit does not convey, transfer, or encumber any interest in the above-described property.
What it does
